Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAYMOND ROMAN March 2, 1916 - August 14, 2009 With sadness, the family of Ray Roman announces his passing at home on August 14, 2009. Funeral services were held at Shaarey Zedek on August 16. Ray was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Sima Romanovsky, brothers Joe Roman, Abraham Romanovsky and Aaron Romanovsky. Ray leaves his wife Judith and children Jeff and Kim to mourn along with his brother Cyril, sisters Reesa and Miriam and sister-in-law Esther. Born in Woodridge MB, Ray operated his family's general store as a young man. After moving to Winnipeg, he continued to manage the family business as well as having a career in real estate. A quiet and gentle man, Ray cared deeply for his family. Special thanks to his caring and loving nieces Linda Katz and Beth Goldenberg and their families.
